A diet that is high in simple carbohydrates is proven to cause breakouts. Simple carbohydrates include white bread, sugar, sweets, and soft drinks.
Stress is also related to the condition of your acne. Everyday stress at work, home, or anywhere else can affect you.
Simple Steps to Natural Acne Care
1. Avoid Stress- Too much stress can cause an overload of hormones that contribute to breakouts.
2. Avoid Simple Sugar Foods- These foods include: soda, sweets, white rice, white bread, dairy products, and pasta.
3. Exercise- Exercising helps reduce stress and regulate hormones throughout your body.
4. Drink More Water- Drinking 8-10 glasses of water everyday will help flush toxins that block your follicles.
5. Vegetable Oil- Vegetable oil is used in frying many different types of food. It causes hormonal fluctuations in your body that can cause breakouts. It would be good to steer away from fast food if you want to treat your acne.
These are only the basics to natural acne care, but it is a good start.
